Marko Frankovic (born in 1975 in Rijeka, Croatia) is a Croatian architect and the author of numerous conceptual and detailed designs of public buildings, family houses, offices and museums in Croatia, Italy, Slovenia, Macedonia and UK.
He wrote several books and articles concerning croatian authentic building tradition and articles about industrial architectural heritage. His interests also include graphic design and editing of artists’ catalogues and monographs.
He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture (IUAV) in Venice, Italy.
In 2003 he obtained his master’s degree in architecture from the University of Padua, Italy.
Currently he is a student of doctoral studies at international studies of the University of Nova Gorica, Slovenia and Faculty of Architecture in Venice.
Apart from his native Croatian he is fluent in Italian and English and has passive knowledge of French.
