This renovated stone house is situated in the village Gradinje, Istria.
The house was built by the end of the 19th century and it was completely renovated in the year 2013. It is an examble of combining traditional Istrian arhitecture with modern features. Combination of wooden and stone materials found in specific istrian architecural elements was preserved, renovated and highlighted.
House has 4 residential levels, ground , first and secong floor, finishing with a high loft.
Becouse of it’s narrow shape, the living and sleeping spaces are distributed on different levels to use the available space in the optimal way. It has a large terrace, a private pool and a parking space.
The higher position of the house creates a stunning panoramic view of the river Mirna valley and picturesque medieval town of Motovun.
