This wooden family house is situated in the peaceful, green Gorski kotar enviroment, the mountainous croatian pearl.
It is a modern version of a tipical mountain house that replicates the basic form and materials commonly used for this type of architecture. Traditional vertical openings, form and inclination of the roof and the wooden construction are providing a comfortable stay due to the new tecnologies of wooden constructions.
The house develops on two floors, the ground floor that is combining living and sleeping zone, and the high attic sleeping area. It has an optimal orientation towards the natural light and ventilation.
The terrain slope is reflected in the house section, creating different floor hights.
Surrounded by the impressive evergreen forest and green fields, it represents a perfect family retreat.
